Tai Chi Youth DAO MEMBERS

Tai Chi Youth DAO has 3 Membership NFTs. Each NFT also provides a unique "TIER MEMBERSHIP."

TIER 1: School Management

These salaried positions will oversee the Tai Chi Youth Online School like any other online college or high school. TCY Membership Director, TCY Program Director, TCY Patriarch (school principal) and many other skilled positions are required to provide the best learning and academic environment for our students.

TIER 2: Donors

The salaries and costs of running the Tai Chi Youth Online School will be achieved by tuition payments from students, grants, scholarships and donors which often include parents of students who are grateful for the benefits of our Tai Chi Your programs in developing the mental and physical abilities of their children. The improved school grades are always appreciated by parents.

TIER 3: Students

Each student of Tai Chi Youth receives a non-transferrable NFT for entrance into the Tai Chi Youth DAO and the Tai Chi Youth Discord. As they graduate each Tai Chi Youth Belt Rank Level they will receive an NFT GRADUATION CERTIFICATE that will enable them to enter and participate in that particular level of the Tai Chi Youth Discord Server with other students of that belt rank level and instructors to guide them in graduating that TCY Belt Rank Test.

The Tai Chi Youth DISCORD will have a separate LEVEL for each Tai Chi Youth Belt Rank Level.

Tai Chi Youth Online School "STUDENT" NFT provides all students access to the Tai Chi Youth Discord Server in the "STUDENT ROOM."

This "STUDENT ROOM" for all students will be where special events and awards are presented.

White Sash Belt Rank LEVEL is the basic "STUDENT ROOM" accessible to all students where graduation ceremonies will be held.

White Sash + 1 Red Stripe = 1st GRADUATION LEVEL of Tai Chi Youth Students.

White Sash + 2 Red Stripes = 2nd GRADUATION LEVEL of Tai Chi Youth Students.

Yellow Sash = 3rd GRADUATION LEVEL of Tai Chi Youth Students.

This is the INTERMEDIATE LEVEL of Tai Chi Youth.

Purple Sash = PATRIARCH LEVEL of Tai Chi Youth Students.

This is the INSTRUCTOR or "SHIFU" LEVEL of Tai Chi Youth.

There has been only ONE Patriarch of Tai Chi Youth from 1996 to 2022: Buddha Zhen Shen-Lang (Richard Del Connor). In 2022 there is only one ORANGE SASH student in Tai Chi Youth so it will be some years before he can be replaced. The original TCY Curriculum Guide was designed in 4-month semesters. So 13 levels x 4 months = 52 months = 4 years to create another TCY Patriarch from White Sash Belt Rank Level.

Black Belt martial artists from other martial arts must always start at WHITE SASH belt rank level despite their previous training.

The TCY Online School has yet to begin producing classes. The original TCY Curriculum Guide was designed for a minimum of two classes per week plus a weekend class on Saturday or Sunday. Additional classes were scheduled for TCY Demo Team performers.

The original TCY Curriculum Guide expected students to practice their Tai Chi Youth lessons of Tai Chi Chuan and Shaolin Kung Fu BETWEEN CLASSES for self-motivation and self-discipline training. As we currently design the Tai Chi Youth Online School this is being questioned. Millennials were not trained in sports like "Baby Boomer" founder Richard Del Connor was. Expecting the same level of athletic self-discipline has proven to be unreasonable this century. So current classes are being scheduled for video production at 4-classes per week that would equal the 2-class per week minimum the TCY Curriculum Guide was designed for.

A separate "DONOR SECTION" in the Tai Chi Youth Discord.

The "STUDENT SECTIONS" and "DONOR SECTIONS" of the Tai Chi Youth Discord are separated with their own unique levels and NFTs to gain access to those levels.

Unlike the STUDENTS who can share a common base level and then attain unique higher levels in the Tai Chi Youth Discord to associate with fellow higher ranking students, the Tai Chi Youth "DONOR SECTION" will have a base level for all donors and only ONE HIGHER LEVEL for donors who have donated or collectively donated by multiple donations a level of 10 ETH for our "High Rollers." The High Roller level can be attained through smaller donations accumulating to 10 ETH e.g. 1 ETH for 10 years.

"HIGH ROLLERS" Donor Section of Tai Chi Youth Discord.

Obviously, everyone from staff to students are appreciative of the support and generosity of our "HIGH ROLLERS" donors. During the 1980s when Tai Chi Youth was producing up to three Push Hands Tournaments per year we gave special honors and privileges to our larger donors attending these events. We would assign a student as their "Tournament Escort" to provide them their earned gifts, and like waiters in a restaurant be at their service for drinks and snacks as requested.

A separate "SCHOOL MANAGER" level in the Tai Chi Youth Discord.

"School Managers" are the Tai Chi Youth Discord MANAGERS overseeing all student levels, donor levels and activities within the Tai Chi Youth Discord. A separate channel for the "School Managers" will enable them to support each other and communicate about activities, problems and events within the Discord Server, Online School, and fundraising events.

The Tai Chi Youth CROWDFUND: Tai Chi Youth Online School has 5 LEVELS:

The HIGHEST LEVEL is the LEGEND with a unique NFT for each Donor.

The LEGEND LEVEL is for donors of 15 ETH. This can be achieved collectively by three 5 ETH donations over a period of years. The SAINT LEVEL is within this Discord channel. Donors have access to all donor levels that are lower than them also. All donors can meet in the TCY DONOR ROOM also.

The HERO LEVEL is for donors of 5 ETH.

The HERO LEVEL donors have access to all donor levels that are lower than them also. All donors can meet in the TCY DONOR ROOM also.

The FRIEND LEVEL is for donors of 1 ETH.

The FRIEND LEVEL donors have access to all donor levels that are lower than them also. All donors can meet in the TCY DONOR ROOM also.

The MONK LEVEL is for donors of 0.15 ETH.

Although this is the lowest donor level, they can be joined by all donors of all levels above them. All donors can meet in the TCY DONOR ROOM also.

The TCY DONOR ROOM is the COMMON MEETING PLACE for all Donors of ALL LEVELS.

Special fundraising events take place in the TCY DONOR ROOM to keep all donors equally notified of upcoming events, awards, special offers and TCY NEWS.
